December 2010

Well, once again, it has been a while since I blogged. So, let's see how much I can condense into this entry.

First of all, hello goes out to my Thursday Night Therapy group!

I have recently completed another semester at SCC. Public Speaking and Math 102 were on this itinerary. I was truly blessed to have a good class in Public Speaking. We had a good class (and teacher). How many classes have you been to that when class was over nobody would leave. As an entire class, we really bonded. We decided on our last class to make a group on Facebook so we can get together and have various events. Right now, this site will not let me upload pics. So, I'll post them soon.

Our last night, we met up at Rome and had a good time. To be college night, it was not full. At least there was not a wait and we were able to have our own table. Thanks goes out to Kim for getting me out on the dance floor. That is not my 'cup of tea' but it was fun to try something different for a change.

I know that I have spoke alot about my Public Speaking, only because I enjoyed it. My Math class was another story. It was an easy grade, but learned just about nothing. The next Math class is going to be a kicker if I didn't learn from this one. But, enough said about Math. Next semester, I will tackle Govenment and Accounting.

On the other hand, I journeyed to Charlotte to see some friends, whom one gave the other his kidney. So, I got to visit them at the Charlotte hospital. Shortly after, I was able to take a dear friend to the Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta. Had to jump on a flight to India on missions. I ended up just taking random streets in Downtown Atlanta. Got to see alot and ended up at Decatur for lunch.

Went to the gun show in Greenville yesterday and bought by baby. We'll name it "Glock 17" for the fun of it. Oddly enough, I ran into people I knew. Imagine that?  Later in the day, I met some friends and went to see the Rapture at Restoration Church in Gaffney. I have seen it seventeen times and it does not get old. As long as people keep wanting to go; I will continue to take them. I remember seeing it for the first time around 1998'ish. We have another trip scheduled for Saturday, January 29th. If interested, let me know.

Until I blog again, (3348)
